Spawn for Expression Web 3.0

Spawn for Expression Web is an add-in to Expression Web that allows you to easily create JavaScript popup windows in your site without having to write any code. Simply launch Spawn, set your options, and Spawn does all of the work for you.
Spawn comes with comprehensive documentation on every feature as well as many tips for creating popups in specific browsers. Most of Spawn's options are also linked to the Help. Don't know what event triggers are? You can simply click on the Event Triggers dropdown and then press F1 to go right to the Help topic on event triggers.
